Newspapers & Magazines
We sell all the usual main titles (Daily Mirror, Daily Telegraph, Guardian etc.) and we also feature The Scottish Mail, The Irish Independent and other specialist papers at the weekend. The local evening papers are of course stocked - both The News and The Daily Echo. Actually, we’ll check out anything you request as long as our suppliers can source and deliver it to us.
You’ll also find all the Racing papers, Royal Navy and RAF News – and a host of other different publications. Daily papers arrive at the shop at around 5:15 am ready for our opening at 5:30 am.
We have an extensive selection of magazines that cover most of the subjects you’d expect to find in a Newsagents. You’ll wonder at titles covering Tattooing, Astronomy and Psychology and also find Practical Poultry, Viz, Dalton’s Weekly, The Stage and many others. Whatever the subject, if we don’t have already it, we’ll try to get it for you. We call our system ‘Shopsave’.
